Mark Katz, PhD, is the director of Learning Development Services, an educational, psychological, and neuropsychological center in San Diego. He is also the supervising psychologist at the San Diego Center For Children, and a member of the center's Institute For Developmental Research. Dr. Katz also serves as a consultant to the Casey Family Program (San Diego Division) and to the PARD Project, which provides inservice training to teachers, K–12, on ways of addressing the emotional and learning needs of students with attention-deficit disorder.
